From the moment we booked, Joanne was an outstanding host. She welcomed our group of 9 girls with all sorts of different interests, and even took the time to recommend things to do based on what each of us enjoyed.We arrived before check-in time, and she graciously let us park and get settled early. Her home was ideal for our group — a gorgeous kitchen and living room gave us plenty of space to gather, and there were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to get ready without any rush. Every room was spotless, and the bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked just as promised in the listing. She even left the sweetest welcome basket with snacks and Saratoga Springs water!The location couldn't have been better — close to the city center, shops, and the park — and the driveway had plenty of room, easily fitting four cars or more.We had such a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a lovely getaway. Joanne checked in with us throughout our visit and was always quick to answer any questions. It was clear she poured so much love and care into her home.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. We were able to walk to all our family events. The owner was wonderfully available and friendly. It was a great stay.

This house is all around spectacular…In and of itself, it’s walking location to everything, and the host Joanne! Immaculately clean, beautiful decor, fabulous kitchen and connecting porch where 10 of us ladies spent most of our time chatting and memorializing one of our dear friends who lost her life last year. This was a celebration of life reunion for our best friend, Deborah Meyer, and we hope to have it every year at Joanne’s house. Highly recommend this house to everyone…worth every penny and then some!
