About this house rental
The duplex is located at the end of a quiet Cul de sac in Zorzino, Riva di Solto, overlooking Lago d’Iseo with Monte Isola and the beautiful mountain Trentapassi. You have great vistas from nearly everywhere in the house, be it the living room, the kitchen, the balcony which wraps around the house facing south. The 3 bedrooms towards the north side overlook the garden and the hillside towards Solto Collina. There is a spacious private fenced-in parking area on the property fitting 2 cars. The villa was built in the 70s, is well kept, simple but cozy and has typical Italian features with retro-charme: a large living room, a small kitchen, 3 bed rooms (1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed) and a bathroom. The basement provides an additional bathroom and a spacious shaded seating area with a ping-pong-table. A beautiful garden with olive and fruit trees and a lawn provides ample space for kids to play.
It is tranquil, with nice italian neighbors in the houses around us.

Stunning views over the lake and the surrounding mountains. The property is charming and has a fantastic balcony which has far reaching views. We had one week here and would definitely return.

Herrlicher Blick auf den Iseosee. Einrichtung komplett und geschmackvoll. Super Tipps und Infos zu Ausflügen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Olivenbäume, Oleander, Zikaden … im Garten - typisch italienisches Ambiente. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!

Das Haus ist wundervoll gelegen, geräumig und sehr gut zu errreichen. Dia Ausstattung ist fast komplett - eine Waschmaschine würde das Ganze abrunden. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist traumhaft und wir haben das jeden Tag genossen. Für verschiedene Ausflüge in die Umgebeung ist der Standort gut geeignet (Lovere, Pisogne, Corna Trentapassi, Monte Isola etc.), doch sollte man schon ein Auto haben, denn zu Fuss ist die Gegend recht anstrengend. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist hervorragend. Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen und würden auch wieder kommen (dann aber ohne Baustelle).

Der Seeblick und die Lage sind absolut super. Das Haus ist prima und hat alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht - entsprechend der Beschreibung. Ein Highlight für uns war auch die überdachte Tischtennisplatte im Garten. Sehr zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Dame vor Ort.
