About this apartment rental
Beautiful views in a full and private basement apartment that is newly remodeled. Granite, stainless steel appliances, kitchen, laundry with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Charm of a wood burning fireplace, private use of a saltwater spa, charcoal grill, private patio with firepit and much, much more. Private entrance, offstreet parking in a high end Jo neighborhood that is beatiful, safe and convenient. Close to the Airforce Academy, Garden of the Gods and I-25.
We have a wonderful long term tenant upstairs and my wife and I live next door. . Our recent remodel included ceiling insulation and double sheetrock ceilings, so noise is not an issue. We are very laid back, but we do not allow smoking or drugs. We cater to couples, business travelers and families. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. A very nice peaceful property. It was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Best Vrbo we have ever had. Nice neighborhood. Very friendly host. Very clean. Close to all the things we wanted to see: Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and the Cog Railway to the top of Pikes Peak. My kids (16 and 13) loved the hot tub. Deer are very likely to be spotted in the neighborhood. They had everything we needed. Would highly recommend! We would love to stay there again!

Everything was great. The only problem was we didn’t stay long enough! The house were very friendly and accommodating.
