Excellent location, next to the beach, lovely staff, superb that they have an operating cafe/mini market. The rooms are big, proper flat-like size, and they are daily cleaned. Exceptional help from the Bulgarian receptionist, she gave us a proper run-down of paths, areas and restaurants with a big smile on her face.
The rooms need air-condition. Enough with the fans, we are not in 2010 anymore. The showers need some love and investment as well.

There was a very good choice of food. Tables were always clean staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the ding area was good with beautiful views.

Room and bed were big.
Room was cleaned daily.
You can walk to the sand dunes, but you need to use the car to get to the best part of the dunes.
The property looked nice on Booking, but I was really disappointed.
Photos are misleading, because they were taken years ago, when the location was brand new. Now, everything is old and rusted (probably because of the wind and the salty water). There's rust outside, but also inside the room and bathroom mostly.
Breakfast was below average - almost everything was deep fried or oily, vegetables had no taste. And with all the rust around you inside the breakfast area, you didn't really feel like eating..
Beachfront is not actually beachfront, because it's just rocks.
View was nice, but the windows were so dirty, that you couldn't actually see the view.
Pools didn't look attractive at all, we didn't use them.
