Convenience, ease of access, (once I’d found the door).
The lady who came in to clean in the mornings was extremely friendly
No allocated parking.
We had one of the smaller rooms and it was very small, it was big enough but another time we would pay a little extra for the comfort a slightly bigger room would give

Lovely clean room
Just a very small cramped space. Ok for 1 night

What a gem, a diamond of a hotel, with a brilliant restaurant below.
Tiny rooms, but that just added to the character really, and thoroughly enjoyed the 1 night stay
Maybe the bed on the mezzanine floor of the room, giving more sitting room below, but that wasnt crucial

Huge menu but small choice. Generous portions and good coffee. Friendly staff everywhere however!
Bottles of water in room. Better security. Front door didn’t open or lick. Tissues and cotton wool pads/balls in room. Better housekeeping needed. Room was very small.
This is hopefully constructive criticism.!👍
