This place was amazing and everything we had hoped for. The location was perfect and the amenities were great. I highly recommend this place if you want a penthouse directly on the beach and walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants.

Friendly staff throughout the hotel. The suite was well equipped and very comfortable. A guide on the use of the living room TV would be nice. Overall exceeded our expectations.

The Dolphin Penthouse is definitely the gem in this older building on the FLL strip. The owner was responsive to several mechanical and housekeeping issues that arose upon check in but there was only so much he could do from a distance. While the unit is spacious with great views, it does need upgrades and modernization. It would have been nice to have fresh towels included mid-week as each set was $20 extra. Upon checkout we had to wait for a manager to sign off on the room condition and guarantee our security deposit be returned which took about 30 minutes so fortunately we weren’t rushing to catch a flight. The pool area was basic and fine; as a 3 bdrm unit, we were surprised only 2 beach chairs were included but the owner did supply some folding chairs so we were fine. This is a good family vacation unit but definitely not a luxury property
