Secluded, quiet, clean. Nice little place for a night or twos stay.
Bed too hard for me got pins and needles throughout the night. Steps up to the loft room are steep.

Nice quite rural location perfect for our trip to go house hunting in Lincoln area.
Only a microwave for heating ready meals but that worked for us. No real kitchen facility.

Host was responsive and updated codes etc as soon as I booked for doors, everything was very clean on arrival
The heating is controlled from hosts phone, due to traffic and work commitments we arrived late in the evening and didn’t feel comfortable messaging host to ask for heating to be put on and in turn slept in cold all night. Bed is super hard and we didn’t get a good nights sleep.
The price seems disproportionate for a converted garage when you have to still walk through a garage to enter the property with what is obviously personal belongings in there.
Pictures don’t accurately portray how close this is to the main property and felt worried about any noise being made in evening or morning.
I was expecting more for the price we paid. If it was a lower price it would have been easier to understand but £75 a night where you can’t control heat seems a lot.
Due to nature of property we also had a few eight legged friends greeting us when we arrived.
