Guests are advised that passes are subject to a meticulous inventory count prior to check-in and immediately after check-out. Any discrepancy in the number of passes or the absence of any passes during the post-stay inventory will result in a charge of $100.00 per missing pass. This charge will be automatically applied to the payment method on file.
Parking Instructions: Open Community Parking. Park in any unmarked parking space in the corresponding lot.

Overall this was a great experience. The listing was accurate. Although we knew check in was at 4 PM and the hosts were very clear about that, we happened to arrive around 3:15 and noticed that nobody was there and the place was clean already. In most cases we'd then be able to check in early. But Meredith Lodging is super strict and the door code doesn't work until 4 PM. That's unfortunate but I understand.Then we only had one teeny tiny shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom. Again, fine, but it would be nice for a place with 5 beds to have a few extra. They're cheap. As well as the dish soap.The stairs to the loft were wobbly and should probably be tightened and there were a couple items missing in the kitchen - a can opener and a corkscrew. We bought a can opener for the place.The AC unit was a standalone and didn't work very well but it was better than nothing. The bedroom had an East facing window and could use some room darkening shades but it was pretty comfortable despite the light.The pool and hot tub did not provide any towels and there were no pool towels in the unit.So we'd recommend the place with those caveats.Bend was beautiful!

Nice location to town. Wish it were not overlooking the athletic club. The place needs sprucing up - not exactly as pictured - needs paint, stairs to loft definitely needs a rail(s) and has some loose steps. Thought there was a washer dryer and could not find it. Well-appointed kitchen. Comfy king bed. The deck needs to be sanded and stained - very rustic. The filter was off the AC and laying on the deck. The TV needs step by step directions on connecting. VERY FRUSTRATING. Glad we stayed there but for the price needs some TLC.
