This was such a great home to stay in! The only negative, if I have to find one, would be that the second bathroom is located outside. However, it really was not an issue at all! The home was easy to access, the owner was very attentive, and we would definitely rent again!

Pool and patio reign supreme in this very dated home. Only caveat about outdoors was persistent mosquitoes which we conquered with bug spray. Floors, immediate surfaces in kitchen and bath were generally clean but window sills, doors, walls, floor boards and even door handle areas were filthy. Dated table coverings on majority of surfaces to cover up dated furniture. And finally- musty smell pervading the home which the owners clearly are aware of because there were no less than 4-5 old fashioned air fresheners throughout home. One closet opened to the duct area and was very dirty. Area is moderately busy/ noisy with a train only 1 block away. Ac cooled warm home to 74 at lowest. We were disappointed with this rental, although the pool was perfectly heated and greatly enjoyed during our stay with 90 degree weather days. Also happy about the 3 beautiful, large umbrellas on the patio.
