Come enjoy unique, bird's eye views of both the Sound and Ocean from observation roof deck of this dune high home. Watch beautiful sunrises over the ocean in the morning and magnificent sunsets over the sound in the evening. Relax and soak up the sun, then cool off with a refreshing dip in the crystal blue waters of your own private pool or create a special island drink at the poolside Tiki bar. Conveniently located in the Town of Duck, take a short stroll to restaurants, quaint shops and water sports. Interior lovingly decorated with lots of nautical details; brightly colored comforters make every bedroom special. This home has lots to offer. Beach access is approximately 600 yards with parking. (For an additional $300 and a week's notice, the pool can be heated).

Great place! It has everything you need and more. Family and friends had a great time in the house and by the pool. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, stores and boardwalk.

Our family’s experience was outstanding from start to finish! The house is meticulously maintained and has a warm welcoming feeling. The owner went out of her way to welcome us, and make sure any/all needs were met. The location is amazing. The bikes and beach wagons were a huge help. The Jack and Jill bathrooms between the bedrooms worked out just fine for us! Kitchen was incredibly well supplied. The ping pong table, pool and basketball hoop were additional treats! I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful week at Pelican View! The walkability to town and pool were ideal. We rented a golf cart to get to the beach and are glad we did. You could walk it but with toddlers and beach equipment it was welcome transport. The home was a little dated but clean. Yvonne was the nicest, most welcoming and most communicative host we have ever had in all of our VRBO rentals. We would highly recommend this property.
