Beautiful, completely renovated house located south, quiet, with magnificent views of the Massif de l'Estérel and the sea in the distance. The picturesque village of Bagnols en Forêt is one kilometer away with all shops and restaurants. The house has three bedrooms with double bed, two living rooms, a dining room with large veranda opening onto a 40 m² terrace, two bathrooms, a second 30 m² terrace in the shade and a private swimming pool of 4 X 10 meters on a lower terrace. Possibility of 8 beds. Air conditioning on all floors.
1470 m² of terraced land located in pine and holm oak forests at 320 meters above sea level. Multiple possibilities of ballads, climbing in the gorges of Blavet, Lake of St Cassien at 20 mn, Lake of Ste Croix and Gorges du Verdon at 1h40, sea (Fréjus) at 20 mn. The village is located one hour from Nice and 40 minutes from Cannes, Grasse and St Tropez.

A beautiful house in a lovely village. We've been to Bagnols a few times over the past few years and this is the nicest house we've stayed in so far.Everything is exactly as described, even better in fact, and the communication from the hosts was friendly and quick both before and during the stay.The house is gorgeous and really well equipped - especially the kitchen which has everything you could possible need. The pool is lovely and a great size.The walk into the middle of the village only took us just over 15 minutes, even in the heat.We couldn't recommend this house highly enough and hope to return soon.

The minute we pulled up to this property we felt immense joy and peace! Incredibly beautiful property inside and out. We took full advantage of all it has to offer including the quick walk into the charming village every morning for fresh pastries and coffee...a truly magical place.

A great place in a great environment. Nothing is missing in the house. All the rooms and the kitchen are superbly equipped. We had a wonderful time and love to come back again.
