About this villa rental
Villa with a fabulous unobstructed view of the Montgo natural park, the old town of Javea, and a small stretch of sea. A path leads to the villa and the parking area. The property includes an open terrace where you can enjoy watching those having fun in the pool and the incredible hinterland of Javea, the surrounding countryside and the stunning Montgo in the background. The front door leads to the living room with living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace with insert. A kitchen open to one side which is fully equipped and has an external door with a few steps to access the pool terrace. Two comfortable bedrooms, new bedding, with fitted wardrobes share the use of the bathroom. A sofa bed provides 1 additional bed for a family of 5. Outside, a fabulous swimming pool, 10mx5m, access steps and progressive depth, several terraces with barbecue and plenty of space for cooking and above all enjoying outdoor meals in the sun or in the shade. Different solarium areas depending on the day or the choice of view. The pool terrace is closed on both sides, which is suitable for children. Outdoor shower. Natural garden on the slopes of the property, closed parking. Wifi Internet and Satellite TV. Very quiet area of Covatelles. 2 minutes from Javea golf course, and one of the best gourmet restaurant in town: BonAmb.

This was our second time at the villa, Since our last visit the kitchen and bathroom had been modernised. The air conditioning had been upgraded which was a welcome addition. The villa was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We would not hesitate in booking this villa again.

It’s a lovely part if Spain. This place is up a hill with no bars within about a mile so bear that in mind. The views are amazing. The lovely new drive up to the house is very steep and the pool guy struggled to get his little car up. The house is lovely and you can see where the owner is putting upgrades when needed. The kitchen could do with a few more pans and bits bearing in mind the isolation. We had a nice relaxing week but wow it was hot (not the owners fault haha.). Thanks for letting us stay.

The beds are not as advertised, there is a double bed in one room and in the other room was a single bed and bunk beds. Not really suitable for two couples over 55.
Pool was lovely, it made the holiday.
Had to wash crockery and cutlery as was not clean, cupboards dirty, we feel we left it cleaner than when we got there.
Was not informed of water being cut off due to workmen in the street.
Was not informed of no barbecues to be used. We understand why, just think we should have been told before we got there.
Lovely area but the villa really needs some TLC
$$$$
