About this apartment rental
Bright two-room apartment 40 m2 completely renovated for 1 to 4 people. Very well equipped independent kitchen.
Our apartment is located in the heart of the city of Aix en Provence.
Very close to the Town Hall, in a pedestrian street.
Every day a small vegetable market within 5 minutes on foot and 3 times a week a large vegetable, clothing and 'flea' market, always within 5 minutes on foot.
There are also many restaurants, casual or gourmet, nearby.
You will also find, a little further down our street, a grocery store if you prefer to cook.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment you may need, appliances (hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave and dishwasher).
We are classified 2 * Furnished Tourism by the Prefecture of Bouches du Rhône.

Fanny was a charming host, and the apartment was well appointed and well stocked. It’s in a great location, easy walking to many areas of interest and great restaurants and coffee shops. We had a wonderful 4 days in Aix!

Very clean apartment. The hosts are super nice. There is a portable AC unit in the apartment but it's a bit tough to cool the place with such large windows and one small hose going out of that window. It would best to cool the place at night but we were afraid of letting bugs in so we were a little hot. It was 90 degrees so its understandable. There is a door in the apartment that separated us from the hosts just as an FYI. It didnt really bother us but wish we knew ahead of time. Otherwise the apartment is super cute and the bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure, and the area was quiet. Would stay here again

The host is very responsive, the kitchen well-stocked, and the apartment is conveniently located. I would not recommend the apartment for the stair-adverse since it is located on the second floor and is reached by two flights of somewhat narrow stairs. We enjoyed our stay.
