Was clear and had what was needed.
I couldn’t sleep. I was in room 001, lower ground floor and even with closed windows overlooking the Main Street i could hear from outside all the steps, conversation, dogs, luggage.. everything, and in Spain the night is long with people out until late. Early morning the cleaning trucks. Lots of noise also coming from the inaide. I could hear all the guests opening and closing doors, the automatic machine making the keys, the maintainance room being open and closed with the keys.. when someone was outside the room it seemed they were coming in. 2 sleepless nights, and zero rest during the day.
Overall, super expensive for the experience, I came back home exhausted. Very unlucky with the room.

Location was great - easy access to Metro (with a little walk). Fabulous Bagel shop across the road and highly recommend Monty’s too.
Double room has very awkward plug sockets on the side of the bed which stopped the shower door opening! And in this room (002) the shower door didn’t close properly.

We loved that it wasn't in the middle of such a large city. It seemed to be a bit removed from the downtown touristy area therefore it was not loud at night. It was a simple Metro ride to a station quite close to the hotel. In the morning it was nice that there was a fruit stand and bagel shop across the street and then a pastry shop on the walk to the Rio Rosas Metro stop. Also loved that it had A/C.
The only thing that was a bit off was that the A/C unit should have been cleaned as when we turned it on a rather good size of dust fell from it. It wasn't a big deal, we just wiped it up but they should regularly wipe that off.

The room was clean and quiet. The near subway station with a direct link to the airport was convenient.
The room was extremely small. Actually, the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Hardly any daylight as there was only a very small window.
