On check-in. Julia was great, however the rest of the reception staff were cold and unhelpful. They didn't want to be disturbed from their interactions with other staff. The staff at breakfast were always friendly and nice. The bed was comfortable
There was not much storage space, which was an issue for a six day stay. They even wanted to charge for coffee and tea replacement and the room wasn't serviced. You could pay extra for this service. Also the fridge had no freezer section. So ice was not available. Also the windows didn't offer much insulation from the noise young people partying on the street.
