Upstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms, 1 with a King bed and one with a Queen bed, 1 more bath, well equipped kitchen, and living / dining room with woodstove type fireplace, 1 Queen hide-a-bed, and a wall of windows facing the ocean with panoramic ocean views. The property was great, clean and very nice/fun. Lots of windows with ocean views, even the basement bedroom has pretty open ocean views despite being across the street and one house in. The beach access was 7 houses south across the road, but it's a very secluded end of Lincoln City, with no other beach access north of that one, there's not a lot of people, which was what we were looking for.

Maybe put in the details about the stairs inside. Also, cobwebs and dirt on the ceiling fan was a bit concerning. Besides that, the place was good.

The house was great except there was no soap in the upstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom had one little soap. The hot tub had lots of sand in it so I reported it and they said they would send someone out. No one came while I was there and I was there all day. The next day the water was green and it just got worse. I reported it, and a loose board on the deck. By yesterday the hot tub smelled. We were not able to use it and that was one of the main attractions of the house for us and where it was located.
