Fantastic Place we will definitely be back the jungle is definitely better than the beach
The only sad thing I would say the coloured girl on the reception in the main lobby was very rude arrogant and just disgusting person inside and out. but apart from that fantastic experience she should definitely be fired.

Good location and beach access with calm swimming spot. Good size rooms and nice balcony views. Kitchen in beach club was pretty good as were the cocktails.
Room wasn’t really clean eg sheets and towels had stains and showers weren’t properly cleaned (had leftover shaving blade covers and fake lashes). Poor WiFi that kept dropping. No mini fridge to store drinks. Happy hour at beach club is a bit of a gimmick (only 2 drinks are covered and watered down singles are brought out).

Decoration is good
The kitchen is pretty small and the fridge was super dirty..
The staff at the front desk and beach club is awful!
At the bar we had to pay way more for our drinks in the menu was a different price, but they add in purpose sodas which they drink in the end! I felt robbed! Also the breakfast is pricy for what you got!! And isnt tasty!!
Europe is way cheaper than this!!
Been there when was NOMADS and the experience was amazing but know as Mayan monkey is not great.. my only night there was very dissatisfied, disappointed.
