What a pleasant surprise. Great value for money.

I was blown away by how hands on the owner/ manager was. She whatsapped me from the time booking was made and kept in contact throughout our very short stay even though she herself was away on holiday. The lady who checked us in at 10pm was very kind and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed before she left.

disappointing but could so easily be great

location and style of property. the bathroom! great communication…

…no remedial action to issues communicated. in need of some TLC. a few things broken - WiFi; glass screen; back door; and safe

I liked the overall environment. Check-in support was nice & easy. Located far from popular beaches.

I liked the overall environment. The check-in support was nice and easy. Room cleanliness is fine.

The property is located far from the most popular beach areas, such as Pantai Cenang. Late checkout appears to be very expensive, as they requested MYR50 per hour. If the property is vacant, you can provide a late check-out of at least one or two hours without any charge.
