Ótima localização, espaço grande, porém necessita vários reparos. Invlusive TV quebrada.

Estadia sofrível, muito aquém do conforto esperado. As fotos não correspondem à realidade. Não volto

Gostei da dimensão do quarto e conforto do colchão da cama

1)Toalhas velhas de diferentes cores (branco, rosa vermelho e bordô) de marcas diferentes, sem nenhuma combinação e que não foram trocadas nenhuma vez em cinco dias de hospedagem (quatro noites).. 2) Do insuportável cheiro de esgoto dentro do quarto oriundos de ralos que nunca foram lavados. 3) Do odor de mofo no quarto que só se dissipou ao terceiro dia. 4) Dos portas sabonetes oxidados com restos de produtos. 5) Da manta de frio, que além de inadequada para o frio de São Paulo estava com mau cheiro e suja. (Claramente já usadas por outros hospedes antes e sem as lavagens adequadas) 6) Da insuficiência e baixa qualidade dos sabonetes e xampu que foi útil para apenas um hospede e não para o casal. 7) Dos restos de fezes encontrados no vaso sanitário . 8) Da total indisponibilidade de xícaras para se tomar um café, apesar de oferecerem uma cafeteira e capsulas de café de cortesia.. 9) Da falta de copos. Só tinha um copo e outro reaproveitado de uma geléia ou requeijão cremoso que acabou sendo utilizado para se tomar café e agua. 10) Do abajour da mesa de trabalho que não funcionava. 11) Da porta do box do banheiro que faz um barulho tremendo ao fechar, por ser inadequada e bate vidro com vidro. 12) Do saguão de entrada do complexo hoteleiro, apesar de gerenciado pelo Meliá é desconfortável e não tem sequer uma poltrona ou sofá para se aguardar um transporte. 13) Da falsa idéia de que o complexo seja todo gerenciado pelo Meliá , quando na verdade, o apart em questão é mal gerenciado por uma outra empresa. Lamentável!

Flat 112 não é Melia. Mal-cuidado e sujo. Para não repetir. Nojento

Localização. Isolamento acústico é bom, embora haja uma obra grande iniciando ao lado.

O flat 112 não é Melia, nem na limpeza que recebe (?). Chão do quarto imundo e piso do banheiro asqueroso. Mobília velha e mal-cuidada. Precisa de uma reforma geral para que fique decente. Roupas de cama e banho e utensílios velhos e descuidados. Péssima experiência.
