The staff could not have made us feel more welcome. The first room they gave us was a little disappointing so Mr Najim - the front desk manager - immediately upgraded us to a two room suite, it was massive. Mr Bashit, the bell man was superb at resolving some small issues and treated us like royalty. When I needed to get something from a Local shop, Rakib )another of the bell boys) walked me around and showed me where to go. And there are two spas within the hotel - the ladies one run by the very professional Alid. It was brillant - £12 for 45 mins of pure bliss. In the bathrooms toothbrushes and toothpaste were waiting for you and slippers for your feet.
The hotel location was close to everything with taxis and rickshaws right at front door.
The breakfast was plentiful but not totally exciting. The service at the breakfast restaurant was superb however - these people go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

The staff are nice. Very quick to attend to the issue we had. The location was good as there were shopping and restaurants around. They collected the right amount...did not try to cheat or anything so that was great...flexible with the check out time. I stayed there for this reason as i read other reviews about them always asking extras etc The price was too much for what we got as the room did not match the pictures AT ALL!!!
The toilet had a sewage smell coming from it so we had to change rooms. Had a corner room n if the toilet or outside window was not closed, the cars honking could be heard. The bed had a foot and hand oil print. Not sure if it was a permanent oil stain after washing or its not washed. Didnt make a fuss as we were staying for a night. toilet glass, faucets etc had lots of limescale but it was the same with every hotel we stayed. Simple wipe and clean. Bring your own shower slippers and room slippers. If you dont mind a little limescaled toilet or a bit here n there, the hotel is fine to stay with a nice lobby. Dont forget to tip.
