The Erase una vez villa is built on a fenced-in 25-are lot and consists of the main building—the villa itself—the pool house, the swimming pool, small outdoor relaxation areas, and the orchard. The property is spread over 4 levels.

The first level is the villa itself, furnished with refinement and care. It features: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, both of which open onto the dining room located in a sunroom with a view of La Solana
A huge terrace surrounds the villa, featuring a pallet lounge on one side with a breathtaking view and, at the back, outdoor furniture along with a pétanque court and a ping-pong table. Next to the terrace, a spacious parking area can accommodate at least two vehicles.
Upstairs in the villa is a Zen area from which you can admire the mountains and the Milky Way at night.

The second level consists, on one side, of a generously sized chlorine-free pool and a sun deck with a pergola to provide some shade when the sun is at its peak, as well as a small outdoor shower. On the other side is the pool house, which contains an Andalusian summer kitchen equipped with a very large plancha and a dining area, as well as a pool table; right next to it are the fourth bedroom with a panoramic view and the third bathroom.

The third and fourth levels are more natural: featuring various plantings: shrubs, fruit trees, and grapevines (currently being planted).

The “Erase una vez” villa is located in the hamlet of “La Solana” in the municipality of Albox, which is part of the province of Almería in Andalusia.

It is situated in the heart of a protected area very close to a site designated as a “Natura 2000” site by the European Commission. This designation is granted to natural or semi-natural sites in the European Union that possess significant heritage value due to their exceptional flora and fauna.

The villa is situated at an elevation of 1,100 meters in the Sierra de las Estancias in the hamlet known as “La Solana,” the sunniest part of the mountain range. The small hamlet consists of just a few scattered houses.
Fields of almond trees stretch as far as the eye can see. When they bloom in the spring, the landscape is striking with the pale pink hues the almond trees take on. Later, the scent of wild thyme fills the air, and you can hear the bees busily gathering nectar. When summer is in full swing, the landscape changes, becoming more arid and dry. The wild spring plants have all but disappeared; this is when Mother Nature offers her little gifts: delicious fresh almonds that you can enjoy right next to the tree after cracking the shell with a large mountain stone.

The villa is secluded: there are no passersby, nor any neighboring houses directly across the way, which is ideal for anyone interested in naturism.

The setting is exceptional because the environment is very healthy: no air, noise, or light pollution.
Astronomy enthusiasts will be delighted once night falls: observing the Milky Way is a true pleasure.
