Pésima, más que malo el servicio

El lugar es bonito y está bien ubicado pero el alojamiento como tal no funciona de manera correcta, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, los enchufes botaban chispas, el apartamento se recibió en malas condiciones en cuanto al aseo ya que las cobijas estaban sucias y olían a sudor.

Las instalaciones no son buenas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, todo el apartamento estaba cochino, el baño estaba lleno de hongos, las cobijas estaban sucias y con olor a sudor, la mayoría de enchuches no funcionaban y los que estaban buenos botaban chispas, lo peor de todo es que había una fuga de gas la cual impidió que mi familia y yo pudiéramos disfrutar al 100%, no pudimos cocinar y además tuvimos que desplazarnos varias veces hacia la agencia de las personas que son los encargados del hospedaje a poner las distintas quejas y hasta el tercer dia fue que vinieron a solucionar el problema cambiándonos de hospedaje. La primer noche note varias cosas y a la mañana siguiente reporte lo de la fuga de gas que era lo más peligroso, entonces esa segunda noche los encargados del hospedaje nos trasladaron caminando hacia otro apartamento en el cual dormiríamos solo esa noche ya que a la mañana siguiente se suponía que iban a arreglar el problema de la fuga de gas, iban a revisar el internet porque tampoco funcionaba y el apartamento me lo entregarían nuevamente completamente limpio, en la noche del miércoles cuando regrese a la casa pude notar que se habían llevado la cocina, el servicio del gas lo habían suspendido y ni siquiera habían solucionado lo del aseo, el compromiso del personal del hospedaje era que al día siguiente supuestamente llegaría una estufa eléctrica pero nunca llegó, esa noche del miércoles en la madrugada el olor del gas se intensificó y debido al fuerte olor y el peligro que esto representaba para nuestra salud decidimos salir del hospedaje alrededor de las 3:30 am y literalmente quedarnos en la calle hasta que amaneciera, cuando fueron las 10 de la mañana del jueves llegue a la agencia nuevamente y ahi si nos hicieron el traslado definitivo hacia otro hospedaje.

Antes de me hospedar lá, eu ja tinha lido alguns comentarios aqui falando sobre o problema com baratas, mandei mensagem pra saber se ja havia sido resolvido e falaram que iam verificar. No final das contas, nao havia sido resolvido, havia inumeras baratas saindo pelos ralos do banheiro e da pia. Alem disso, o que eu nao havia visto nos comentarios antes: o barulho incessante de morcegos a noite, é muito agoniante. O colchao da “cama de casal” é super fino, a porta esta toda acabada, enfim.. nao sei nem o que dizer. Mas o erro foi meu mesmo que decidi ignorar os comentarios anteriores aqui do booking. É isso, nao desejaria essa hospedagem nem pro meu pior inimigo.

Já ganhou note dez em dar suporte para as bagagens pra quem chega antes do horário do chekin , essa acomodação fica bem próximo do escritório então não deu problemas em relação as malas deu pra ir andando até o apartamento. Local limpo muito próximo dos comércios tem saída para avenida atlântica e pra rua nossa senhora aparecida . Fica em uma galeria que dentro da galeria tem um almoço por 20 reias bem em conta . Apartamento com tudo que precisamos bora dez msm e qnd voltar pro rio se tiver disponibilidade com certeza voltarei
