The room was very comfortable and clean. Fresh towels were provided daily. The location was also excellent, just a short distance from the Station, making it very convenient for getting around.

Decent property with okay amenities. Room was fairly spacious and beds were not too hard.
The reception smelled a lot of cigarette smoke as it seemed to be a smoking room inside, on that floor. The luggage is stored next to the reception desk but I would not have liked my luggage stored there as it would absorb the smell of the smoke. Also it made entering the hotel not so pleasant.

Was a comfy place to sleep at a fair price
Bathroom kept making banging noises for 45 mins after a shower.
Bright hall lights went on when you opened the bathroom door and woke everyone up.

Location
Everything you ask is extra payment, no bathtub, toilet is too small not for big person , requested for window but they will charge me for twin room with a window for triple the price. One old small pillow only provided

"Just right at Daikokucho station exit on the midosuji line. Easy peasy access. Ms Shu was very accommodating and happy that she can speak mandarin, Cantonese and English apart from Japanese. Refreshin..."
