The location was definitely one of the biggest advantages, being within walking distance of Florence’s city center and its main attractions. The price was also quite competitive compared to other accommodations in the area. I particularly appreciated the historic character of the building and the small balcony, which was actually one of the main reasons I chose this property. Although not very spacious, it was a lovely addition. The apartment was clean, and overall, it offered good value for money.
Although the apartment was renovated, it felt like the main focus was on making it functional for short-term rentals rather than creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for guests. The space was quite limited, the furniture was basic and inexpensive, and some details felt overlooked. Even small gestures, such as providing a complimentary bottle of water, would have made a difference.
That being said, the apartment was perfectly acceptable for the price. I just felt that a little more attention to detail could have made the experience much better.

Very clean and comfortable. Cute wee balcony. Wonderful shower and bathroom.
Great wee kitchen and big comfy clean bed.
Great place to stay.
There's no door on the freezer compartment of the fridge/freezer, which froze some of the food in the fridge.
Francesco explained that it gets broken by guests.
A soft bedside lamp would be a nice addition.

Very good location
There is a very loud noise when people upstairs walk due to the material of the ceiling/ floors, but it okay

Easy response
My stay was okay, parking was a little difficult to find. We had to part far from the location. There was no a sea in the apartment. Other than that, it was okay.
