Well appointed, clean, high-end, beautiful brand new waterfront home with a large designer swimming pool that wraps around the house. House sits on almost 200 linear feet of Caribbean frontage in top location close to everything. Beautiful foliage, flowers, fruit and vegetable trees on property. Depending on the time of year, you might find pumpkins, chives, potatoes, 2 types of melons, green peppers, cabbage, tomatoes, and hot peppers in our garden.
All high-end finishes including granite, stainless steel, natural cypress finishes, beautiful European tile inside and out, and unparalleled views which include the historic capital of Cupid's Cay. Excellent snorkeling, fishing and cliff jumping right at the waterfront and two outdoor showers.
Some features include a Weber propane barbeque, propane stove, Wii for kids (and adults!) 3 kayaks, a SUP, beachware including floats, beach chairs and much more!
A private work area with a desk and office chair and high speed internet/WIFI make it ideal for a Flex-cation for anyone that needs to work remotely from the island.
Home has city water with backup reserve tank for when the water plant cuts off water (happens often). Also a generator for any longer power outages which is another frequent occurrence on the island.
You will be hard pressed to find a better located home with so many amenities on the island. The Friday night Fish fry, 1648 restaurant and French Leaves marina, Sky Beach club, all top restaurants, and some of the islands best beaches on both the Atlantic and Caribbean sides of the island just minutes away. Home is located on a private cul-de-sac on the Caribbean in "Lover's Hill" a peaceful authentic Bahamian neighborhood. Waterfront has many beautiful coral reefs for snorkeling (2 snorkeling sets are provided), great fishing and easy cliff jumping (at your own risk).

Our family had another wonderful stay at Deborah’s beautiful home. This was our 2nd visit, and it was every bit as amazing as the 1st. The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything our family of 7 needed for a relaxing and memorable week in Eleuthera.The location is great- centrally located with stunning views, a fantastic pool, and easy ocean access. Paradise! Deborah is an exceptional host. She is incredibly responsive, always happy to answer questions, and consistently provides fantastic local recommendations that made our trip even more special.We couldn’t recommend this home more highly and are already looking forward to returning for our 3rd stay!

We had a great time at Deborah's house in Gov H! The property is perfectly located for exploring all the middle part of the island has to offer, as well as a good driving distance for exploring northern and southern attractions. The house was very comfortable and the views couldn't be beat! We had a great time relaxing in the house and pool and exploring all the nearby beaches! We aren't the strongest swimmers and didn't seem to be home around lower tides so we didn't swim out back but did enjoy watching some local fisherman catch fish (and a shark!) out back. There are tons of great restaurants nearby as well as easy access to groceries and gas. Roads on Eleuthera are rough, as is the road to the house, so definitely get a small SUV/truck - you will need it for any beach you want to visit! The generator came in handy a few times, but most power outages seemed to happen while we were out at the beach anyway!

House was not as clean as it should of beenThey need to let the guests know that the ladder to water you have to put in manually. Which would be hard for a woman because it is literally an aluminum ladder you have to pick up and out in down the cliffs. The host responses when we reached out was fair
