Location..
Poor lighting in stairwell.
At time noisy and dusty due to travaux being undertaken in the building.
Had difficulty with the heating. There was a response but it took longer than we would have liked and bought new batteries ourselves to fix it.
But got a very prompt response from the local agent when we realised we had left an item after dropping the keys in the letterbox.
Found the information not so readily accessible e.g wifi code.

Location is very good
Good facilities to cook, live in the flat
The bar downstairs is making a lot of noise

The apartement is located in the city centre so that is very convenient.
The apartement is on the second floor of the building and just above a busy student bar so it is pretty noisy in the evening and at the weekend. The bedroom has no door and is open to the sitting-room so it is difficult to block the noise.
The TV wasn't working and although I notified the agency by email, noone came back to me. A lot of the ceiling light bulbs were dead.
