The location was perfect for our tri., also quiet. Room was spacious and clean. I loved the fact, that the shower room had clothes drying option, which was also very clearly marked. And clothes were dry within 2 hours.
Beds were comfortable and huge :) Great especially with kids, who tend to nudge each other in more cramped situations and under smaller blankets.
Staff was really helpful (we had a little bit of issue with getting the key box open). So 10/10 experience. Thank you!

The room was really efficient in terms of usage of space. I like the amenities, especially the washer.
There was a slight odor from the HVAC/AirCon. My nose was irritated until I turned it off. The weather was good so this wasn't a big issue for me, but in hot or cold weather this would have bothered me more.

Great location and very spacious compared to other properties - close to Kyoto station but far enough away to where it was still quiet. Also great value for money
Instructions could’ve been a little clearer on how to check in

The room had good amenities such a washing machine and drying facilities.
Location and the look of the rooms on the outside. Feels like an institution.
