I have never experienced such terrible service and attitude. This was not Booking.com I knew.

The service provider (One Perfect Stay Holiday Homes ) canceled our reservation for the apartment in Dubai Marina three days before our arrival. The explanation for the cancelation was that the landlord had taken back the apartment and was no longer available. Mr. William Masinda from the agency offered us another accommodation (Jash Falqa, 1BR Apartment J2 ) and requested a fast response. As we did not have enough time to search for another option and the full amount was already charged from my credit card, we have agreed to come to that alternative apartment. I've requested to get an official booking confirmation for this change, but Mr. Masinda assured me that everything is updated in the system and that the reservation number is the same. However, when I was checking my reservation on booking.com I've noticed that it has not been changed at all. When we arrived t the airport the taxi was waiting for us but the taxi driver did not have the new address, just the one from the original reservation. When we arrived at the apartment (around midnight), the security did not want to let us in because they didn't have the information that more than one guest was coming. I tried to call Mr. Masinda several times but he did not answer. The security finally let us in the apartment, which was not prepared at all for the guests – it was very dirty, smelly and overall in terrible condition, below any standard. It can not be compared to the apartment in Dubai Marina that we have booked and payed. I can send you all the screenshots of the conversations that I've had with the agency. I request that you refund us the money we have paid so we can find and book another apartment or a hotel for the rest of our stay. We don't want to stay in this horrible place any day longer. Please take this seriously and try to help us.
