Marylin is a great host, friendly helpful and always available, she really made my stay feel like I was at home. The facilities were squeaky clean all the time, from kitchen to bathroom, even the garden! It truly is a very cozy place where to stay in Invercargill

Good value, great location, breakfast provided. Clean and tidy. Beautiful garden. Warm.

Our room was small and the double bed uncomfortable, too hard and roll together on the left hand side.
