Excellent location, easy walk to Atocha and Retiro.
We had difficulties checking in. I think they were sending instructions to wrong email.

Location was great and the apartment had everything a family of 5 needs to explore Madrid. Nearby restaurants and the proximity to Atocha make this property great. Digital code to entry was very helpful and easy to use.

The apartment was great, clean and modern.
The Main Street access was difficult. The hashtag on the door code was impossible to find and we often had to wait for other guests to unlock that door.
A clearer instruction to advise the hashtag is within the bell sign would have really helped

Near the train station and close to the metro.
I wasn't informed until check-in that my apartment would be a windowless, dark room with one internal window that shared the wall with a kitchen of a restaurant and which would be producing extremely loud banging noises until well past midnight. There was also some kind of alarm that went off periodically, so loudly it sounded like it was in my room. I've stayed at this place previously on upper floors and there was no issue. I couldn't sleep for my entirety if my stay.
Floor was dirty. Facilities like the tap looked worn and in need of repair.
Check in was difficult because the automated email was buggy and I didnt receive the door codes.
The bed was creaky.
