Friendly and efficient staff. They deliver on their promises and provide clear support and guidance. Great location with a metro station right out front and several good markets and restaurants nearby. The room was equipped with a cooktop, a microwave with a grill function, and a fridge; we restocked supplies every three days and prepared many of our meals in the room. It is a safe area, close to family-friendly residential neighborhoods with various parks and cafés. The hotel features a spacious coworking area on the ground floor, along with vending machines for drinks and snacks. If I return to Berlin, I will stay there again.
There's nothing I didn't like. Everything went very well. I enjoyed the whole stay and had all the support I needed.

This is in a great location. S-Bahn stop is right outside the door. The metro is also not too far away. Lots of great restaurants and pubs are close by. The room was a little bit on the smaller side for two people, but it was clean and comfortable.
There were only duvet covers. The rooms are small, so they get very hot in summertime. A lighter blanket would have been great. The bed is also small and tucked into a corner.

The location is great, it’s only 15 minutes on foot from Warschauer Straße and many nice restaurants.
The person who welcomed us at our arrival was super friendly.
The building is quiet.
The bedroom was a bit too dark. I think the lighting could have been better, and the choice of colors in the room didn’t help with the overall brightness either.
The toilet didn’t flush very well, so we had to wait for the tank to refill before we could flush again. It was a bit inconvenient.

Location, laundry, helpful staff. I met a few people in the building that I had been dancing with at sisyphos, which was cool.
One elevator was broken and someone was stuck in the working one once, so I never used the elevators.
Additionally the building was evacuated from a fire alarm.
Oddly, there was a bag taped over my smoke detector in the room. I assume this was from the previous tenant but was shocked that the staff didn’t see that.
