The location in the historical part of the city helped to improve accessibility.. many areas we wanted to see were within walking distance
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating
The hotel was close to many restaurants and at night it was noisy.

I stayed here with my mum and her partner and the minute we arrived we were treated exceptionally well the service was on another level! The location was absolutely excellent and very lively. The room was super comfortable and really clean. My bed was so so comfortable! The room was warm and secure. We took a big walk to the bazaar, mosques and the Topkapi place and it was around 40 mins to walk back to the hotel, so super central. Breakfast was lovely and the view from the roof was incredible! The service from all the staff was absolutely lovely and housekeeping came everyday to freshen up the room make beds and clean towels. The reception staff really made us feel at home and helped booking activities and have excellent recommendations.
Nothing it was fab

A lovely place to stay and the staff, including the manager, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and serviced daily. The location was great on a bustling square to look out on from the balcony we booked and plenty of restaurants to eat in. Getting around was easy with metro and tram services just a short walk away.

Good position, in the middle of food and textile industry, very busy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
A bit rough around the edges, showers were luke warm at best. Noisy area with all that’s happening in the neighbouring area.
