Great location, easy to walk and use public transport to see most sights.
Very secure with multiple coded locks to enter. Right near many restaurants and shops for after sightseeing. Good facilities inside.
One of the light sockets wouldn’t hold anything you plugged in.. it was where you would want to use the hairdryer.
Though there was a kitchen, you’re sold we’re lacking, NO spoons at all!

Beds were very comfortable and clean. Secure building. The location and price can't be beat. Very easy check-in and check out process.
No TV remote which made navigating the TV incredibly difficult. Shower handle on 2nd floor bathroom needs to be fixed.

Excellent downtown Boston location near Downtown Crossing; felt safe at 11 PM. The proactive host made self-check-in/out easy with a door code. The building has an elevator/lift, and the room was big, quiet, and comfortable with a clean bed, good AC/heating controls, ceiling fan, fast Wi-Fi, and working power outlets. Useful room amenities included a mini-fridge and an iron/board. Bathrooms are communal but were fine and clean. Desk and chair provided in room.
The property is super overpriced, as paying over 300 USD per night for a room with no private, in-room toilet is insanely expensive. There is also no in-room kitchen available and no luggage storage provided on-site, which can be inconvenient depending on your travel schedule.

Its a shared bathroom but your told this in advance. Their are multi bathrooms and 2 kitchens on the 3rd level. With some TLC and car the room could have been great. The AC unit was usless. The TV had no freeview channels installed so equally usless. The WiFi was excellent. The location is excellent. You can easily walk to the harbour and other areas as its very central. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by including the very over rated 'Cheers' - the famous bar. The price is competitive for expensive Boston.
More attention to house keeping, updated furniture / equipment that worked. A TV that was set up correctly. None of it is fatally bad but the little things mount up.
