フロントに荷物預けるロッカーがあれば動線的に動きやすい。 クレンジングなどのアメニティがあるといい。

・とにかく狭いですが部屋は清潔でした。 ・部屋に延長コードが置いてあるの嬉しかったですが、部屋が狭いのでそもそも必要なかったです。
・ホテルのエレベーターが必ず2階に停まるのが面倒に感じました。 ・バスルームのシャワーラックがグラグラしていて、シャワーヘッドが落ちてくるのではないか不安でした。 ・水やお茶のサービスがあったら嬉しい。 ・チェックアウト後、荷物を預かってもらえないのが残念でした。

１Ｆのコインロッカーが壊れていた。フロントに相談したら荷物を部屋にいれていただけた。大勢で予約して、そのうちの１人が体調不良で家を出発できなかったが丁寧にキャンセル対応していただいた。
