Luis & M’Lou are amazing hosts! They really care about their guests. And the breakfast is amazing! It’s like eating at a nice restaurant. It’s all the little touches which made this one of the best stays we ever had!

We echo all the A++ reviews that Luma has received on this site. It’s a special place, a kind of sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Puebla. This is because Luis and Malu, the owners, offer comfort, luxury, and stellar service. They have put their hearts and souls into Luma. We definitely left a part of our hearts there.

A wonderful place to stay, The hosts were very attentive making sure our stay was perfect, a lot of attention to details, amazing breakfast, peaceful garden to be enjoyed perfect to wind down. Walking distance to the center of Puebla. Highly recommend.

This property is gorgeous and so comfortable. But what really shines is the hospitality shown by the hosts, Luis and MaLu. These folks feel like old friends from the moment you meet them and they genuinely want you to enjoy your stay at Luma. The absolute star of the Luma experience is the devine breakfast prepared and served by MaLu!! Words can’t do this exquisite bfast justice as you just have to experience it for yourself. Bfast is truly a labor of love and in my opinion should be a top thing to do while in Puebla. Folks, it’s that good!! Trust me. Do yourself a favor and stay at Luma when you’re visiting Puebla and say hi from Steve and Christhian. We absolutely adore Luis and MaLu. I think everyone who stays at Luma leaves feeling the same way!!! 100,000,000 STARS!!
