Modern property with a great location
Pool and bar close too early. Hallways are hot

Excellent location, my room had extraordinary views and was spacious. Comfortable bed, lovely pool.
Good overall, but there were details that made me believe that it's overpriced. Like, for instance, napkins were kitchen paper towels, breakfast was repetitive, elevators (2) took forever when staff was cleaning the rooms because they left one out of service. And a few front desk ladies (NOT ALL) were a bit rude: I had had a coffee charged to my room (COP 5.000). They wouldn't take credit card for less than 10.000, I had the cash but they wouldn't take it. They ended up taking USD 3, which ended up being more than double than the actual price.
Small details that hurt my overall perception.

Wonderful location, beautiful lobby, and gorgeous views from the top floors. The breakfast was very good, and the pool was a nice size for our kids to enjoy. The afternoon/evening lobby staff were super friendly. Beds were super comfortable.
We stayed on the 11th ("A") floor, and they seem to be dealing with terrible humidity issues. We constantly ran our A/C on dehumidifier to address the smell of humidity. When it rained, we ended up with a puddle by the window (I called the front desk to let them know and they seemed unfazed), as well as in the hallway outside our door. The hotel generously gives towels for the pool, and encouraged us to reuse them but there was one towel hook in the entirety of our bedroom -- totally insufficient for a family of 4!
