OSTRZEGAMY , TO NIE BYŁ WYPOCZYNEK, TO BYŁ KOSZMAR.
Przyjechaliśmy ok. 17:00 po dokonaniu pełnej opłaty przez Booking, a już przy meldunku zostaliśmy zszokowani serią ukrytych opłat, o których nie było ani słowa w opisie oferty: dodatkowe opłaty za pościel, ręczniki, a nawet za dzienny dostęp do Wi-Fi (!). Informacje o tym pojawiły się dopiero po zapłacie. To jawne wprowadzanie w błąd klienta.
W biurze zostaliśmy poproszeni o przekazanie danych z dowodów wszystkich osób — co można zrozumieć — ale najbardziej szokujące było to, że pracownica wzięła moją kartę kredytową do ręki, przyłożyła ją do terminala i… spisała z niej dane wraz z kodem CVC. To absolutnie niedopuszczalne i niebezpieczne. Taka praktyka to poważne naruszenie bezpieczeństwa i podstawowych standardów obsługi gości. Na pytanie, odpowiedziała że tak mają robić.
Po dotarciu do bungalowu sytuacja była jeszcze gorsza. Po dotarciu do bungalowu z tzw. „opiekunką” dostaliśmy… jedną parę pościeli dla dwóch osób, mimo że wyraźnie zaznaczaliśmy, że podróżujemy we dwójkę i śpimy osobno. Jakoś sobie poradziliśmy dzieląc się tym jednym kompletem W nocy temperatura spadła do 16°C był tylko jeden który otrzymaliśmy koc, żadnego ogrzewania ani klimatyzatora w trybie grzania. Marzliśmy.
Jakby tego było mało . W toalecie zorientowaliśmy się że jedna toaleta wylewała wodę, a druga działała niestabilnie „kiedy chce.” W biurze usłyszeliśmy, że „może jutro naprawią”, a jeśli nie, to „ewentualnie nas przeniosą”. Po takiej nocy nie mieliśmy ochoty czekać na łaskę. Zdecydowaliśmy się zakończyć ten wynajem informują Booking.
Rano okazało się, że nie ma nawet czajnika. Jedyna możliwość zagotowania wody kuchenka gazowa. Niestety gazu nie było. Ale nawet gdyby był nie mieliśmy też zapałek ani zapalniczki, a zgłaszając to w trakcie rezygnacji że nawet nie mam jak zagotować czegokolwiek , pracownik skwitował to słowami: „Trzeba mieć swoją zapalniczkę.a gaz jest a jeśli nie ma to on naprawi”.
