Divano nuovo

Posizione sicuramente ottima anche il parcheggio custodito un ottima cosa

Appartamento sistemato non proprio come da foto però vabbè la nota più dolente era la pulizia sì sentiva la sabbia sotto i piedi già all'ingresso tende strappate divano tutto macchiato ricoperto con coperte a sua volta macchiate. Poi aprendo il divano letto mi sono reso conto di un pezzo danneggiato lì li a rompersi da un momento all'altro.. per evitare discussioni ho fotografato subito il danno. Nel momento in cui abbiamo preso la biancheria che ci hanno consegnato nell'aprirla sono comparsi una decina di capelli... Stessa cosa in doccia piena di sabbia e capelli, in cucina c'erano a disposizione stoviglie piatti ecc... A mio dire inutilizzabili per com'erano conciati. Infatti oltre ad un set di lenzuola abbiamo comprato anche una padella e piatti di plastica. Ciliegina sulla torta ... Avevamo il check out concordato alle 10.30 noi ci sono presi per tempo abbiamo svuotato l'appartamento e siamo usciti per una colazione, alle 10.10 circa rientrando ci siamo accorti che la proprietaria era già all'interno del appartamento senza averci nemmeno fato una chiamata. Ci rida la cauzione e ci salutiamo. Arrivati alla macchina ci chiama e chi chiede di risalire per darle una mano con il divano letto che non riusciva a chiudere. Che tra l'altro avevo già chiuso noi prima senza problemi. Purtroppo con l'ultima apertura il pezzo già rotto è saltato completamente... La signora comica a lamentarsi del divano rotto e noi cortesemente le abbiamo mostrato la foto con la data e l'orario in cui si vedeva palesemente che era un danno da usura e non da maltrattamento, ma comunque la signora insisteva che la colpa era la nostra e rivoleva la cauzione, dopo circa 1 ora buona di discussione e dopo averci detto che se non avessimo paga ci dovrebbe segnalato come cattivi ospiti abbiamo deciso di darle i soldi e concludere l'inutile discussione.

J’adore la vue superbe par la fenêtre!!!!

Très bonne location! 2 pas à l’arrêt de bus. Pratique d’aller au centre-ville. Le plus important c’est la superbe vue de la mer!!! Magnifique!!!

L’appartement est un peu trop vieux. Il vaut mieux de changer les équipements et les immeubles

Très bonne location! 2 pas à l’arrêt de bus. Pratique d’aller au centre-ville. Le plus important c’est la superbe vue de la mer!!! Magnifique!!!

L’appartement est un peu trop vieux. Il vaut mieux de changer les équipements et les immeubles
