The hosts were friendly and communicated clearly about entry, location, and fees. The facilities were fairly modern and we had no issues with wifi or water-based appliances.
The location is inconvenient, but I knew that already when booking and would never fault the hosts for that. The room smelled somewhat musty and I think the pillows and mattresses could use a deep clean.

Parking space available for use, easy check-in by door code, cosy small room with a nice shower. Had a water heater so we could make coffee in the morning. Air conditioning available for cold and warm. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to the city centre and the BTC City Shopping Centre.
The only thing that bothered us was the sound from the ventilation thingy that's in the bathroom because we did not know how to turn it off, if it can even be turned off. However, it is not that big of an issue.

The bathroom had a disturbing smell.

It was an ok location, as expected. If you are by car, it takes around 20 minutes to the city center.
The room was smaller than expected. It was not fully clean, details like small corners of the bathroom full of dust, the window, plus there were fly droppings.
