The view was amazing! Decor and space very nice. Restaurant was great also.
It was a bit hard to go down to the property itself as it is very steep, but it was worth it for the view. It was a bit noisy during the day as there was construction all around but very peaceful in the evening and we really enjoyed the music that was playing.

A lovely location with clean, comfortable accommodation and excellent value for money. The staff were welcoming and helpful, with a special thank you to Liliana and Amanda for their kindness and attentiveness. We really appreciated the care shown to us and would happily return.
Quite steep for parking and quite difficult for my wife who has difficulty walking at times due to an existing condition, although thats a personal issue not a hotel problem.

Attention to detail and the staff were very helpful. Delicious food in the restaurant. Excellent location overlooking the Douro river.
Nothing not to dislike

Great facilities and incredible views. Liliana was a great support and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Great breakfast
Unfortunately, the restaurant service was disappointing. There was a mistake with our order, and although the main dish was eventually replaced, the sides were left on the table and had gone cold by the time the correct dish arrived. We ended up having a grilled steak instead of what we originally ordered but were still charged the same price. It’s a shame, as this experience overshadowed what could have been a truly great stay and the great food overall. I would assume that the restaurant staff would pay attention specially to guests and in fact the complete opposite happened.
