The hotel was clean, had an arrangement of facilities and rooms were cleaned daily

Hotel Amber is in an excellent location for anyone to explore the city.
Staff are courteous and friendly.
This is the 9th time I have stayed in this hotel and for my next trip I will be booking it again.
I did not find any fault with anything about the Hotel Amber.

I truly enjoyed the property, there was a bit of construction going on my first few days I was there but it’s understandable as properties need to be maintained. The pool was great, the restaurant was great, the bar was great, although maybe a bit more advertising that the bar is open would help and how late it stays open.
Just more visibility that the bar stays open late, clearer signs of when the bar and restaurant are open and closed for dine in specifically.

A green oasis in the middle of Pattaya. Great breakfast. Great spa.
Nothing.
