There is an above average pool, fireplace, large open space, immaculate Landscaping, 3 bedrooms , 2.5 baths located near Burnt store and Pine Island (near Matlacha fishing village, reminiscent of Key West) in Cape Coral, Florida . Tranquil area but close vicinity to popular Restaurants, Bars, Beaches about 10-25 minutes away, Supermarkets(Publix, McDonald’s, 711store, Mexican restaurant, Beef O’Brady’s Pub and restaurant). About 15 minutes drive to downtown north Fort Myers

This house is amazing. Very spacious and well furnished. The location is very private and the waterfront view is fabulous. We had one issue while we were there and Carlos responded quickly and resolved the issue. We're looking forward to coming here again.

Very comfortable home in Cape Coral. King size beds were great. Great water pressure in walk in shower in the master bedroom. Wonderful view over the inground pool of the inland canal. In the evening the lights across the canal were lovely in the distance. Very friendly and safe neighbourhood, with grocery and pharmacy close by.
Property manager was very responsive and flexible. All great! We would absolutely rent this property again.

Normally, I don’t read reviews or leave reviews, but in this case, I should have taken TRUST the negative review that one of the pass renters left The Home had a wonderful view of the canal and the houses around it. What was really needed more was attention to detail to the home. The bathtub caulking needs to be clean. Bathtub floor was dirty grills outside. Barbecue grills were dirty underneath the outdoor grill was loaded with a lot of stuff. The house itself was cluttered with too much stuff The drawers had nothing but junk in them the kitchen could’ve been stock with better utensils. We even had to go out and buy a can opener because the two that were in the house did not work.One day we had a clogged sink. I was unable to find a plunger, but I was able to find seven toilet brushes in a house with two bathrooms. We found a dead lizard on the couch cushion when we arrive, we had to defrost the refrigerator because it was built up with so much ice that it was leaking on the floorRed garbage can underneath the counter was so dirty that there were bugs on the top and bottom of the trash canAnything that I’ve stated I have photos to share Feel free to contact me if you would like to see these photos.the reviews were excellent. I mark as OK. Read your reviews I normally don’t take to heart negative reviews, But if you’re thinking about renting this unit, take what I say to heart don’t think you’re renting a place that says EXCELLENT when it was just OK.
