About this apartment rental
My place is a cozy penthouse in the heart of Ipanema, next to the square "Nossa Senhora da Paz", only 2 blocks away from the beach, surrounded by many shops and great restaurants. Popular and lively streets like "Vinicius de Morais" and "Farme de Amoedo" are just around the corner.
Newly renovated, you’ll love the place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. The apartment is good for couples and friends, business travellers and families. Enjoy your stay!

We loved our time in the apartment and in Rio. The apartment itself is bright, airy and spacious; the terrace was perfect for morning coffee or a drink before dinner. We found the kitchen well stocked with utensils, devices, and essential supplies. The apartment's location is vibrant, with shops, restaurants and a subway station steps away, yet no sounds reach the penthouse once you're back inside. The building is not far from the beach, even if you're just going for an oceanside stroll. Lastly, from start to finish the host was a pleasure to deal with -- welcoming, always available, and informative.

Everything was perfect. Location!!! Apartment decor, cleanliness, kitchen and supplies, terrace with outdoor shower, beds super comfortable, view from the terrace and living room, and the area is very quiet. Great sleeps!

Unfortunately there were renovations going in in one or more apartments during our stay - on the last day it was so loud that we were forced to go out (even though the plan was to spend the afternoon relaxing in the apartment). If not for this I would have given it a 5 out of 5 stars rating. Also, we could not really use the nice terrace as it had not been cleaned (dirty chairs, table). Some little things in the kitchen need attention. All in all very good - a spacious, sunny apartment, tastefully furnished, excellent location.

Louise’s place is in a great location and was exactly as represented in the pictures. The few questions we had were responded to very quickly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
