Maison de Village in Carantec is a spacious and comfortable house, ideal for families as well as guests traveling with dogs. The property features three bedrooms, a large living area, and a generous enclosed garden, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
We traveled with our dogs, and the property worked perfectly for us. The large outdoor space allowed them to move around freely and comfortably, which was a real advantage during our stay.
We particularly appreciated the washing machine and tumble dryer, which proved extremely useful during our three-week trip across several destinations. Being able to do laundry easily made a significant difference to the comfort of a longer stay. There is also a convenient parking space right at the entrance to the property.
The seaside can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes. The walk down to the beach is pleasant and easy, while the return journey requires a little more effort due to the uphill climb. Nevertheless, the location remains very attractive, offering a peaceful setting close to the coast. There are numerous walking trails in the area, and unfortunately not enough time to explore them all.
The beach is sandy and provides a great spot for fishing and relaxing by the sea. However, during this time of year, the choice of restaurants was somewhat limited.
Kitchen equipment: only one very large frying pan and two pots were available. For a property that can accommodate up to eight guests, a wider selection of cookware would be beneficial.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the village centre and beaches. The house was comfortable and very well equipped and felt really relaxing. The garden was a lovely space to relax in the evenings and the barbeque a bonus! Unfortunately due to a bereavement we had to cut our stay short but the host was super helpful
