Renting a house in the heart of Ouro Preto's Historic Center!
We rent to the same group of people! When the group is small, I make available the suites located on the first floor, and as the number increases (from 8 people onwards), other suites located on the floor below become available.
An affordable, comfortable option in an excellent location!
Ideal for gathering with family and friends, or even attending conferences (just 200m from the Convention Center).
We rent for short periods, weekends, holidays, and even daily rates.
-House with 2 floors and independent secondary entrances,
-Capacity: 12 people. -With or without bedding.
- We have an anteroom available with a water filter, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as utensils for quick snacks.
Some rooms are equipped with televisions and fans.
- Total privacy!

O imóvel é excelente, amplo e muito bem localizado, no centro histórico de Ouro Preto. A proprietária Maria Fernanda é super atenciosa e educada. A cidade é sensacional.

Agradeço a disponibilidade em sempre nos ajudar, no que fosse preciso! A casa estava impecável na limpeza, as roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas! Localização 10, sem precisar de carro!!! Indico de olhos fechados!

A localização é excelente mesmo, perto de tudo! As suítes são confortáveis, limpas e com banheiro privativo. Valeu super a pena!
