Location
Only one key was given to customers, even we choose family room. Very uncomfortable.

This was our 2nd stay at MPalace. We started our travels at MPalace, and finished up our travels at MPalace. We were so glad to be back at a place, in a neighborhood we felt like we knew. Most things we wanted to see or do were within walking distance, and others a short Grab ride away. The staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed happy we had returned, which felt good.
