The apartment needed maintenance and new furniture.

The location, and the layout were good

The apartment needed a major renovation. The carpet was dirty and the walls needed a paint. The furniture all needed replacing. The dining chairs had no foam left and were unstable. The lounge was very uncomfortable and sunken making it hard to get out of. The bedroom with 2 singles beds- one was broken and the other was supported by cardboard. The showers heads on both showers needed a good clean and water pressure not the best. The tap in the en-suite of the master bedroom was able to fall off. The pillows were terrible on every bed. The kitchen wasn’t too bad but wasn’t greatly equipped

Won't stay again.

Location was good.

Place wasn't clean. There was a half eaten chocolate bar in the night stand and rubbish under the bed. No rubbish bin and was told to use the tiny one in the bathroom. No batteries in the tv remote, shower heads were broken, towel rail falls off the wall, blinds broken and no block out blind on one of the windows in the main bedroom. Beds were very uncomfortable and hard.

NEVER STAY AT THIS APARTMENT!

Absolutely nothing.

Terrible place to stay, the photos from others about how bad it is don’t truely show the extent of the dirtiness and damage to nearly everything in the apartment, it smelt horrible and was pretty much inhabitable. We moved out 2 nights early and paid similar price for a something that was amazing. They took $500 off me as a security bond for damages when there was nothing that wasn’t already broken in the property. Communication back was beyond poor and majority were computer generated responses. The only thing they offered to do was to drop off another chair to replace broken one as we were told all other issues were not urgent. This should be removed from booking.com as we don’t believe anyone could stay in the apartment and be happy. No rubbish bin just lid, master room only had sun shade- we later found the curtain shoved in the wardrobe. Broken handle, broken tap, broken toilet roll holders. Stains everywhere on the carpet. Walls smeared with grime and dirt. Half the furniture shown in pictures was not in the apartment. Showers you couldn’t even wash under as no water pressure. Broken chairs with dirty stained covers over them which were just hanging off not even on properly.

Good location

The carpet stains makes the whole place feel dirty I would recommend updating the floors. The toilets were not clean when we arrived and the balcony was very dirty with no seating.

The location was really good, and it was really easy to collect the keys and find the location with the instructions supplied.

The apartment wasn’t very clean, lots of finger prints on the windows, stains on the carpets and throw blankets and lots of scratches and marks on the walls. Also was really hard to figure out how to get in and out of the car park, there was no information about how to open the car park door.
