Very comfortable for two couples. Beds were great.
Floors were sticky and carpet not vacuumed well. Location was a bit gar out of town

The Condos are a great place to stay in Moab. Perfect location for us, less than 10 minutes from downtown Moab but out of the hustle and bustle. It was clean and exactly as described, easy to check in/out. Amazing to have a pool and hot tub available! Really great value in the pricy Moab area, we would definitely stay again.
We only had two small issues, we would have really liked some tinfoil/parchment for cooking and the nearby road is a bit loud with trucks using their air brakes on occasion when they aren’t supposed too! Not really anything the owners can do about that, but if you’re sensitive to noise try and pick a condo nearest the cliffs or facing the pool.

Well stocked. Plenty of towels. Dishwasher and laundry detergent. Great stay for our group!
The pillows were pretty thick. Part of our group liked it, the others said they were too big. Depends on your preferences.

That the condo was theee bedrooms.
Not enough coffee for two days. Did not know how to contact someone to request more.
Twin bed blocked the entrance to the closet. Queen bed was terribly squeaky.
