The apartment is very well located and the layout of the space is excellent. Overall, it has a lot of potential and we were happy with these aspects of our stay.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was well below what we would expect. There were significant signs of damp, mold on the shower curtain, dust throughout the apartment, and cobwebs in several areas. For us, this was a major issue and unfortunately prevents us from giving the apartment a positive overall rating.

Strategically good location. Spacious apartment over 3 floors. Comfortable beds. Very good that there is parking in the courtyard, convenient to arrive and bring luggage. Everything is great!

The location, the cleanliness, the big bathtub, roomy bedrooms, and courtyard. The first floor bedroom had an en-suite bathroom.
Steep stairs to upper bedroom. The electricity went out the first night and they had my husband fix it in the breaker box. The next morning the electricity went out again and couldn’t be fixed for the upper two floors. They had a couple of people try to fix it but they were unsuccessful. We had no WiFi, use of the stove, kitchen appliances, tv, fans, or lights for 24 hours. When I raised the concern for the safety of the couple staying in the top floor they brought two battery operated lights. We ended up having to throw away food we were going to cook but weren’t able to. They said we’d be refunded but they only refunded €150. I reached out requesting they refund us the total amount for the second day as we were without power on the two upper floors for over 24 hours but I was told they’d have to check with the team. I was given the run around for 3 weeks. I finally went through booking.com’s customer service who reached out to the property manager who told them they’d would not be refunding anymore than the €150. Very disappointing. Both couples who stayed here own or manage properties ourselves and would have refunded at least the cost of the second day.
