Kind staff and well located hotel with connections to Tram/Bus and walking distance to some nice Rome areas.
A long established Hotel in Rome. It is charming given the many years, howecer you feel also the decades the hotel has.
Rooms were small but enough space. Clean and very, very good breakfast.
Good hotel. Found the value for money just OK.
Not Very Good or Excellent. Not very obvious where the entrance was at first.

The location was great. Super walkable to lots of things. 20 minute walk to the colosseum, about a 15 minute walk to FAO, and Testaccio neighborhood was across the street and had lots of things to see and great food to eat.
One night/morning of no warm water but these things happen and are sometimes beyond human control. No other complaints really.

Location, staff team, the concept actually amazed me. I didn’t expect that level of hospitality but the vibe of place was incredible, it is true Italia and honestly it is better than higher rated hotels in Rome.
From A to Z it was absolutely amazing

The location
The poor facilities, old rooms & humble services. No small fridge no kettle no mini bar at all! This is something normal that would be needed from any hotel especially it is near to the FAO so most of the people who were staying were coming for work.
